Frequently asked questions
Can I upload my own wallpaper design?
Yes. Open the Upload tab in the designer, add a JPG, PNG or WEBP image of up to 50 MB, and confirm that you have the right to print it.
Can I print a family photograph as wallpaper?
Yes, if you hold the rights to the photograph. A photograph stretched across a wall needs a lot of resolution, so check the print quality rating at your wall size before ordering.
How do I measure my wall?
Measure the width and the height, take readings at several points if the wall is uneven, and include doors and windows at first. The measuring guide on this page walks through each step.
How is the wallpaper price calculated?
The price depends on the finish you select, at the rate shown with that finish, and on the size of your walls including the trimming allowance. Any minimum that applies to a finish is added automatically. Your summary shows the area, rate, panels and total before you order. See each finish below for its rate.
Can I order different dimensions for multiple walls?
Yes. Add each wall in the designer with its own dimensions, up to 6 walls. The walls share one design and one finish and are priced together.
Which wallpaper material should I select?
It depends on the room and on how you plan to fit it. See each finish below for its description, compare two finishes side by side, or ask us about a sample.
Can I clean the wallpaper?
Cleaning guidance depends on the finish. See each finish below: where we have guidance for a finish, it is shown with that finish.
Is installation included?
No. Installation is not included, so please arrange your own installer. Where we have preparation and installation guidance for a finish, it is shown below.
How is the wallpaper supplied?
It depends on the finish. We confirm how your order is supplied with your order details.
How many panels will I receive?
It depends on the width of your wall and the panel width of the finish you choose. Your summary shows the count before you order, and the seams toggle shows where panels join.
Can I preview the wallpaper before ordering?
Yes. The designer shows how your artwork is cropped to your wall dimensions. Room views and finish textures are illustrative.
What image resolution is required?
It depends on the wall. Print quality is rated from your image size and your wall size together. Good means the image is sharp enough, Needs review means you can accept a softer print, and Low resolution cannot be ordered.
Can I order wallpaper for commercial spaces?
Yes. Hotels, restaurants, offices, retail stores, interior designers and architects can send project details through our custom quote form.
Can I order a sample before purchasing?
Samples are by enquiry. Ask us through the custom quote form or on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we can send.
