7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Comprehensive protection for your peace of mind.
If Order Arrives Damaged
We will replace the product FREE of cost once we received reply from couier partner of damageed Shippment. You must report this within 48 hours of delivery. *To file the Insurance claim we need a confirmation email of courier partner for same
Required Evidence:- 3-4 clear photos of the damage
- Unpacking Video of the package (Mandatory)
- Photos of outer packaging label
- Your Order ID
Lost Packages
If a shipment shows no movement for 10+ Days:
- We raise a priority ticket with the courier partner immediately upon your email.
- We wait for the official "Lost" confirmation from the courier (usually takes 24-48 hours).
- Once confirmed lost, we verify and ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
*Please note: Delays due to natural calamities or strikes are beyond our control.
External Delays
Shipping delays can occur due to extreme weather, festivals (Diwali/New Year peak), or political strikes. We actively monitor all shipments and will follow up with the courier if a delay exceeds 48 hours beyond the expected date.
