  • Bleed Add 3 mm bleed on all sides if colour or images run to the edge.
  • Safe margins Keep text and logos at least 5 mm inside the trim to avoid being cut.
  • Fonts Embed fonts or convert them to outlines before export.
  • Fold orientation Set pages in the correct folded-panel order: cover, inside left, inside right, back.
  • Crop marks Include crop marks where your design software supports them.
