Print Canva Posters the Right Way
Canva is fine for posters — the export settings are what make or break the print.

Most soft Canva posters we see were not designed small — they were exported wrong. Canva’s on-screen preview is 72-ish display pixels; the print file must be a PDF Print or a 300 DPI PNG at the real millimetre size. Start a custom size that matches A3 (297×420 mm) or 12×18 in rather than stretching an Instagram post. Use PNG when the art is a single photo with few layers. Use PDF Print when you have vector logos, fine type, or a multi-page board. Flatten drop shadows that look good on a laptop and band on paper. Then upload the original download — not a phone photo of the screen — so our checker can read the true pixel box.
